Branch Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards.
- Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards.
