Role Description

• This is a full-time position for a Tender & Commercial Officer in Lagos.
• The role entails developing and managing tender submissions, preparing commercial documents, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate project requirements.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating terms, handling commercial transactions, supporting customer interactions, and facilitating communication between clients and stakeholders.
• This is an on-site role, requiring direct engagement with the company’s operations and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Commercial operations and Sales activities
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to manage effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with Customer Service processes, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Ability to facilitate Training for internal teams or clients
• Detail-oriented, with excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering and Sciences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with the technical engineering industry or related sectors is an advantage
