Branch Business Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive branch-level revenue and user acquisition targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Build strong partnerships with institutions, communities, and target audiences to grow market share.
  • Oversee the execution of localized marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement efforts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch while maintaining excellent customer experience.
  • Represent the company at relevant events and industry engagements within the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years\’ experience in a sales/marketing or business development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or youth-focused products is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an advantage).
