• Fmr agency is seeking a skilled, certified, and customer-focused Aesthetic and Beauty Therapist to join our premier spa.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of professional aesthetic and beauty services, delivering outstanding client care, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• You will play a vital role in ensuring clients have a luxurious and results-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments to identify client concerns and design customized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Perform a diverse range of non-invasive aesthetic procedures including facials, body massage, body polish, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, body contouring, and skin tag removal.
• Provide services such as laser hair removal, waxing, spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures.
• Educate clients on effective skincare routines, advise on suitable cosmeceutical products, and actively upsell treatments and products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene and organization of treatment rooms and equipment, and accurately manage client bookings and records.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE / OND qualification; a formal certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy is mandatory.
• Proven experience working as a Beauty or Aesthetic Therapist in a spa or clinical setting is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional knowledge of skin anatomy, various treatment protocols, and beauty products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a luxury, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management abilities for managing client schedules.
