Assistant Warehouse Manager
As Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Track turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with logistics, data entry and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and escalate issues promptly.
Must-Have for the position:
- HND/ B.Sc in any related field
- 3-4 years experience supervising a warehouse unit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Verifiable leadership skills.
