Job Brief

• As a graduate Trainee, you will participate in various training programs, rotations, and projects designed to expose you to different aspects of the organization and develop your professional capabilities.
• our role involves learning from experienced professionals, acquiring technical and soft skills, and contributing to the organization.
• Successful candidates will participate in a structured training program that cuts across all aspects of the business: Client Services, Operations, Creative, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, Warehousing & Logistics.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• At least Upper Credit or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).
• Recently concluded NYSC or a maximum of 1-year post-NYSC experience.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Previous Internship experience with an Experiential or Advertising agency is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
