Job Brief
- We are urgently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive office environment.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functionality.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Receive and attend to visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support internal and external communications as required.
- Assist with errands, courier services, and basic logistics tasks.
- Support staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding of documents.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND in any discipline with 1 year experience.
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
