Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective human resource policies.
- Deploy and automate HR processes using appropriate software tools.
- Identify staffing needs and prepare or review job descriptions.
- Conduct recruitment exercises and negotiate employment agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across branches.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee benefits, welfare programs, and professional development initiatives.
- Supervise company personnel and drive staff motivation and engagement.
- Support management in achieving strategic HR and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM) from a recognized body will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets will be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to long-term growth with the company.
- Willingness to work on some weekends and public holidays when required.
- Living within proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage.

Method of Application
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing and packaging prescribed medications accurately.
- Prepare and label medications, ensuring correct dosage, strength, and form.
- Maintain proper storage of drugs and medical supplies following standard guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled substances.
- Monitor stock levels, check for expired drugs, and support in restocking as needed.
- Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects under pharmacist supervision.
- Liaise with billing and sales for correct costing and documentation of dispensed medications.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and pharmacy regulations.
- Support in reviewing and verifying HMO medication claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the pharmacy unit.
Qualifications and Requirements
- National Diploma ND in Pharmacy Technician Studies from a recognized institution.
- Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria PCN.
- 2–3 years relevant experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosages, and storage procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- High ethical standards and respect for patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in record keeping and basic computer use Microsoft Excel, hospital software will be an added advantage
- Living within proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage
