• We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Manager to oversee daily cake production across multiple centers.
• The role involves managing decorators and bakers, ensuring consistent product quality, developing new cake designs, and driving overall sales performance within the cake category.
• The successful candidate will maintain high production standards, manage costs, and uphold food safety compliance while leading a productive, motivated team.

Requirements:

• Bacheloes degree in Hospitality, Food Technology, ora related field (Diploma in Baking/Culinary Arts preferred).
• 3—5 years’ experience in bakery or patisserie production, with strong cake decoration skills,
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in food production.
• Creative expertise in trending cake techniques (buttercream,fondant, specialty designs).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret sales trends and manage production costs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, NAFDAC).
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak
