Job Summary

  • The IT Officer will provide technical support, maintain banking applications, oversee system security, and support digital infrastructure for optimal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core banking application and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Maintain network connectivity and user accounts.
  • Ensure data backups, cybersecurity compliance, and IT documentation.
  • Support digital banking channels and hardware maintenance.
  • Liaise with vendors for system updates and repairs.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years experience in IT support (financial services preferred).
  • Familiarity with core banking software, networking, and system administration.
