Job Description

• As the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving on-ground market penetration, offline activations, and digital growth initiatives to support the company’s entry and expansion within the Nigerian market.
• You will liaise with media houses, manage community-driven campaigns, and execute high-impact field activities that deliver strong user acquisition and brand visibility.
• This role requires a hands-on executor with a deep understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior and media ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground campaigns, activations, and grassroots outreach across key Nigerian markets
• Build and manage strong relationships with media houses, radio stations, PR platforms, and influencers
• Execute both offline and digital acquisition strategies to drive brand adoption and user growth
• Support content creation, community engagement, and localized messaging for Nigerian audiences
• Track campaign performance, user conversion funnels, and provide insights for growth optimization

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 4 – 8 years’ experience in growth, brand activation, or acquisition roles (fintech experience preferred)
• Strong on-ground execution capability with proven experience in events, outreach, and media liaison
• Familiarity with Nigerian media, influencers, PR networks, and grassroots communities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and optimize campaigns
