Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our client’s team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain production machinery, ensure product quality, and support smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines for production runs, including calibration, cleaning, and loading raw materials.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues or irregularities.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report major faults to the maintenance team.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and machine performance.
• Follow and enforce safety guidelines, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to achieve daily targets.
• Adhere to company policies, manufacturing regulations, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or relevant technical/engineering certification.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Basic mechanical or technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, production sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and within a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
