Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee the timely and efficient delivery of finished goods from our manufacturing plant.
- You will coordinate drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch operations and delivery routes.
- Supervise drivers and dispatch staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure fleet maintenance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of routing, fleet management, and delivery processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software is an advantage.

Job Summary
- Our Company is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational performance of the PET bottle recycling washing line.
- The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on experience in recycling line operations, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the full washing line process to ensure smooth operation
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain high efficiency in the washing section
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the recycling washing line
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in PET flakes washing operations
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring technical problems
- Handle boiler operations (diesel-fuelled or gas-fuelled systems)
- Carry out basic QC testing according to the standard TDS
- Ensure product quality meets required specifications
- Operate and maintain color sorters and polymer sorters
- Support proper functioning and calibration of sorting equipment
- Maintain raw material and finished goods stock
- Ensure adherence to 5S workplace organization standards
- Promote teamwork and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of PET recycling processes
- Leadership, teamwork, and high work dedication
- Ability to work independently in an expatriate role
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in PET bottle recycling line, specifically the washing section.
