Requirements:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and updates of hardware/software.
• Manage servers, databases, firewalls, and security systems.
• Ensure backups, disaster recovery plans, and system security are in place.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Recommend technology upgrades or improvements.
• Support IT projects (new software, system migrations, or infrastructure upgrades).
• 2+ years of proven experience in IT management, specializing in hardware and networking.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
