Job Description

  • Milestone Boutique apartments is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new property, and we’re looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individuals to join our Cleaning/housekeeping team!
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • As a Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for our guests, contributing to an exceptional experience in the hospitality environment.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
  • High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring timely turnaround of linens and guest clothing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential for success in this role.
  • Proximity or ability to commute to Ojodu.

Salary
N75,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
