We are hiring a Head, Growth & Revenue for a leading FinTech company redefining digital financial inclusion across Nigeria and Africa. This is a senior leadership, in-person role based in Abuja, designed for a visionary commercial leader who excels at building growth engines, driving revenue strategy, and scaling high-performing teams.

The Opportunity

As Head, Growth & Revenue, you will:

  • Own the Growth Strategy: Develop and execute company-wide growth and revenue strategies across B2B, B2C, and channel ecosystems.
  • Build High-Impact Engines: Lead sales, growth, and commercial teams to deliver predictable, scalable revenue outcomes.
  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities; launch strategic initiatives that accelerate adoption and deepen penetration.
  • Lead GTM Execution: Oversee go-to-market strategies, product launches, pricing models, positioning, and revenue optimization.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics, customer insights, and performance dashboards to guide strategy, refine playbooks, and improve ROI.
  • Strengthen Key Partnerships: Manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients, regulators, aggregators, and institutional partners to drive growth.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure cohesive growth execution and revenue alignment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Growth Leader: 6–10 years in growth, revenue leadership, commercial strategy, business development, or sales leadership—preferably in fintech, tech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strategic Vision, Strong Execution: Proven track record of setting growth direction and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Team Builder: Adept at leading and motivating high-performing sales, growth, and commercial teams.
  • Analytical & Insight-Driven: Skilled at interpreting data, forecasting revenue, and optimizing performance across multiple channels.
  • Market-Savvy: Deep understanding of Nigeria’s fintech ecosystem, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape.
  • Based in Lagos: Strong local network and business exposure.
