Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, fulfilment, logistics and customer service
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation
- Maintain reporting structures, SOPs and process documentation
- Supervise onsite activities, manage staff performance and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting and compliance
Requirements
- 3 – 7 years in Operations, Administration, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, or Retail Operations
- Strong supervisory or management background
- Experience with systems, reporting, cost control and operational workflows
- Availability: Role requires physical presence for logistics coordination, vendor management and operational supervision.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Must be disciplined, reliable, process-driven and hands-on
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
