Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, fulfilment, logistics and customer service
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation
  • Maintain reporting structures, SOPs and process documentation
  • Supervise onsite activities, manage staff performance and resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting and compliance

Requirements

  • 3 – 7 years in Operations, Administration, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, or Retail Operations
  • Strong supervisory or management background
  • Experience with systems, reporting, cost control and operational workflows
  • Availability: Role requires physical presence for logistics coordination, vendor management and operational supervision.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Must be disciplined, reliable, process-driven and hands-on
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
