Role Overview
As a Grower, you will execute hands-on daily crop management and greenhouse operations to ensure healthy plants and high yields. The role involves supervising crop cultivation routines, monitoring plant development, and implementing agronomic recommendations. This is an entry-level position, and candidates with limited or no professional farm experience are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily crop operations including planting, pruning, lowering & leaning, pollination, and harvesting.
- Monitor plant health and promptly report signs of nutrient deficiency, pests, or stress.
- Operate and adjust fertigation and irrigation systems as directed.
- Assist in climate management coordination (temperature, humidity, ventilation).
- Maintain greenhouse hygiene, sanitation, and disease-prevention standards.
- Ensure timely execution of crop schedules to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; Interested and passionate applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates will receive continuous, hands-on training to support skill development and career growth
- Proactive, hands-on, physically fit and able to follow structured crop procedures in greenhouse environments.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
