• Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Road Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in road design, geometric modelling, and infrastructure engineering, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed road design drawings using Civil 3D (alignments, corridors, cross-sections, profiles).
• Develop designs for highways, access roads, and drainage systems.
• Perform earthwork calculations, grading design, and prepare volume reports.
• Interpret and integrate survey data into road design models.
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate design delivery.
• Prepare and update BOQs, design reports, and technical documentation.
• Provide engineering support during construction and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years’ experience in road design or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory).
• Experience in geometric road design and construction documentation.
• Background in surveying engineering is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within project teams.
