Job Description

  • Petcare Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate, experienced, and organized graduate to serve as our Store Officer.
  • The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and support smooth daily operations within the hospital’s store unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and issue items in line with hospital standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of all items.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Work closely with procurement and accounts departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
  • Ensure all items are properly documented before use or issuance.

Qualifications

  • OND, HND qualification, or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
  • Must be experienced in storekeeping or inventory management.
  • Passionate, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, especially for inventory software or Excel.
  • Preferred: Candidates who live in or around Ikeja.
