Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow security protocols.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails and deliveries.
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the organization.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate when needed.
Requirements
- B.Sc ( Second Class Upper), HND (Upper Credit)
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role (added advantage).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
