Head of Sales
JOB FUNCTIONS (part of but not limited to):
- Develop customers portfolio by gaining new markets.
- Manage and develops sales team
- Implements sales policy and terms and conditions according to CFAO group’s guidelines
- Maintains a comprehensive monthly sales reporting system according to CFAO group’s guidelines
- Ensure compliance to internal control procedures
- Exhibit and promote CFAO core values: Entrepreneurship, Agility & Performance
- Defines sales team’s objectives and assess individual performance
- Ensure compliance with all brand corporate Identity guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all brand sales processes
- Lead and actively supports the sales team in order to achieve set targets
- Effective use of market data and customer insight to competitive advantage
- Handle relationship with top B2B customers/prospects
- Collaborate with extended dealerships in out of Lagos territories e.g. CFAO Motors Abuja, PortHarcourt
- Elaborate plans in order to continuously improve customer’s experience / satisfaction
- Support other business entities of CFAO when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc or MBA in any related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role
- Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Excellent data analytics and Microsoft packages knowledge
- Ability to multi-task, negotiate, plan and execute sales plan
- Strategy development, execution and business planning skills
- Good organization and communication skills
