Role Description: 

• The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for driving financial insights, operational finance excellence, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory obligations, and delivering accurate and timely reporting. The role is hands-on, with a focus on financial operations, tax compliance, and management reporting. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables and  reconciliations. 
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and  alignment with business needs. 
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance for management  review. 
• Oversee tax compliance processes (PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, NSITF, Pension, etc.),  ensuring timely filings and remittances. 

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 
• Professional qualification completed or in progress (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an  advantage. 
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in the finance function. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.).
