Job Summary
- The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients visiting our retail shop.
- This role combines sales and customer service responsibilities, requiring the ability to present products, process transactions, and provide post-sale support.
- The ideal candidate will help clients understand the value of our solar energy solutions while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers, assess their energy needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Present and explain product features, including solar panels and lithium batteries.
- Educate clients on proper product usage, benefits, and long-term value.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts.
- Process and document sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store environment is clean and welcoming.
- Provide basic after-sales support and follow up with clients as needed.
- Record and track client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to support service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the storekeeper to monitor stock levels and product availability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- SSCE / ND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of solar energy products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficient in using POS systems or sales software; basic use of computer.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.

Method of Application
Purpose
- The ELV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. These systems include IP CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and other security and ICT related infrastructure and technologies.
- This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ELV Technician will work closely with engineers to ensure that all systems meet client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: carry out installation, configuration and testing of ELV systems including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and audio-visual systems among others.
- Assist engineers with system commissioning, configuration, and integration. Provide hands-on support during system installations and repairs, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Ensure proper cable routing, device termination, and system setup during installation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and execute repairs or system upgrades as needed. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Testing: Participate in and support system testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that all systems operate as per specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and service reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports detailing personal work activity, the progress of installations, maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Provide basic user training for clients on system operations where required.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or OND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ELV system installation and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of IP CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Fire Alarms, and related ELV systems.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation instructions.
- Familiarity with fiber optic systems and structured cabling.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Must be resident in Abuja.
Salary
N150,000 per month (Negotiable).
