Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing company in the sales and distribution of cartoned food items, is looking to hire an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks software.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, preferably in food sales, distribution, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
•  Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
•  Ensure compliance with tax laws and audit regulations.
•  Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
•  Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain up-to-date records using QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams for smooth financial tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

•  B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a *MUST*
•  Previous experience in cartoned food distribution or FMCG is an added advantage.
