Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure a welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR and Sales teams.
  • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating client appointments and property visit schedules.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
    • HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
    • 1 – 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist (preferably in real estate or service industry).
  • Other Requirements
    • Must reside within proximity to the office.
    • Smart, reliable, and customer-oriented.
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional appearance, confident and courteous.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
