Customer Service & Sales Manager
Rapid Rentals Limited is urgently recruiting a results-driven and experienced Customer Care & Sales Manager to lead our Team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a demanding role for a professional ready to drive revenue and ensure service excellence.
Reports To: General Manager
This individual will be both a leader and a hands-on contributor, responsible for overseeing all customer engagement, driving sales targets for equipment rentals (generators, lighting towers), and maintaining the company\’s reputation for reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise and guide a small team of two, fostering discipline and accountability to meet monthly financial targets.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive monthly sales targets, identify new business, prepare quotations, and efficiently close sales.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure prompt and professional handling of inquiries and complaints, monitor satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports to management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in customer service and sales management, preferably in the equipment rental, power, or service industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Attributes: Highly organized, disciplined, results-driven, and customer-focused.
