Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience by providing professional support, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients—both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers courteously in-store, online, and via phone or social media.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update order information.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Uphold the brand’s image by delivering exceptional service at all times.
  • Support daily administrative and showroom operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a beauty, fashion, or luxury hair brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Polished, confident, and well-presented demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Must reside within or around Lekki and be available to work on weekends if required.

Compensation Package

  • Basic Salary: ₦120,000
  • Transport Allowance: ₦20,000
  • Total Package: ₦140,000 monthly
