Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through and identify potential clients requiring software or digital solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for growth and deal closures.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs,
- Collaborate with internal teams prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and drive deals to closure.
- Provide timely after-sales support to clients, addressing issues and coordinating with technical teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and forecasts in CRM tools and prepare periodic reports on sales performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).’
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or technology solutions.
- Strong background in solution selling and the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce)
