Direct Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in marketing, business administration or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in sales of enterprise solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to create and develop sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
