Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily security operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a military or paramilitary background and experience in security management.
  • The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety of our clients’ personnel and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of clients’ personnel and assets
  • Manage and supervise security personnel, including training and performance evaluation
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security operations
  • Provide security advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage security budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (Security Management, Criminology, or related field)
  • Military or paramilitary background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management
  • Proven experience in security management, leadership, and crisis management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Familiarity with Nigerian security laws and regulations
  • Must reside in close proximity to the Island.

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with experience in the security industry being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the security industry
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must reside on the Island in close proximity to Ikota.
