Assistant Manager Business Development & Growth

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Lead client acquisition efforts and manage key accounts to ensure long-term relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Support the design and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives that drive brand visibility and conversion.
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports for management review.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver business objectives.
