Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with safety standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site operations and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress and resolve delays or technical challenges proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labour
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies for approvals and updates
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Enforce HSE policies and promote a culture of safety on site
- Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
- 7 – 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in infrastructure or foundation works
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.

- We are seeking a reliable, courteous, and safety-conscious Executive Driver to provide secure and timely transportation for senior executives.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of Lagos traffic routes and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives to and from meetings, appointments, and official engagements
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned vehicle at all times
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrival
- Ensure vehicle documents (license, insurance, roadworthiness) are up to date
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain a logbook of daily trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies
- Provide support during emergencies or special assignments
- Exhibit discretion and confidentiality in handling executive matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate or executive driver
- Familiarity with Lagos routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
