Description

  • We are currently seeking a proactive and personable Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and market presence.
  • If you have the zeal for sales, marketing, and client engagement—and experience in real estate—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales and customer service team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and customer service team members, provide feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and customer service skills and productivity.
  • Develop a sales and customer service strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales and customer service team
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the salesand customer service team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to drive business growth and increase sales opportunities.
  • Plan and direct sales and customer servicetraining with the Human resources department
  • Assist the Human resource department during hiring processes
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets in the sales and customer service department
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management, offering insights, recommendations, and updates on sales activities and results.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 – 15 years experience post NYSC
  • Vast esperience in sales, marketing and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
