Job Summary

• The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with WhooshNG’s clients.
• This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can build trust, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth through excellent account management and service delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Track delivery and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell WhooshNG’s services to existing clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Provide clients with regular updates on their deliveries and overall account performance.
• Conduct periodic client reviews to gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
• Work towards meeting revenue targets and business growth objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in customer relations, or sales (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of logistics, delivery services, or supply chain management is an added advantage.
