Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our remote operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas including offices, restrooms, and public spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are properly maintained.
