About the Role

  • We’re looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) to lead and grow our corporate client base within the region. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in B2B relationship management, strategic account development, and achieving revenue targets.
  • You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and driving sales growth while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients across relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in [insert relevant industry].
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience managing a sales territory and building a client pipeline.
