Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate facility repair, maintenance, and project activities across sites.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor facility projects from initiation to completion.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and progress reports for management review.
• Ensure all facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building structure, etc.) are properly maintained and operational.
• Identify and report potential facility risks or safety hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Maintain records of project documents, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing qualified contractors and evaluating bids.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize disruption of operations during facility work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, and government regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 2 / 5 years of work experience.
