Summary
- As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and increasing revenue for the hotel through effective sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on business development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by tracking leads and follow-ups.
Sales Process Management:
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and provide detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, packages, and pricing.
- Conduct site inspections and present tailored proposals to meet client needs, including room blocks, meeting space, catering options, and special requests.
- Negotiate room rates, contract terms, and payment schedules to secure profitable bookings.
- Close deals effectively and ensure accurate booking details are entered into the property management system.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the stay.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance against targets, identify trends, and analyze market conditions.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customer data effectively.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Qualifications
