Job Overview

  • We are looking for a competitive, results-oriented, and experienced sales professional who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while leading and mentoring our sales team.
  • They will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients/investors, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive industry

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with the company salesgoals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture these opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Identify potential clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales staff.
  • Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes affecting the real estate industryand adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective resolution of issues.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Ensure that sales processes and policies are adhered to and are effective.
  • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Product and Service Development:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve existing products and develop new offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports for the senior management team.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with marketing/communication, finance, and operations to ensure a unified approach to achieving the company’s objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve performance.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the sales team.
  • Implement best practices in sales management and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role with over 200-500m in sales.
  • Thorough understanding of Real Estate marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Work environment:

  • The role is often fast-paced and target-driven.
  • It may require travel to meet clients, sometimes overnight, depending on the company and client location.
  • Senior sales executives are expected to maintain a professional appearance when meeting clients
