Sales Coordinator – West Region (Nigeria)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Coordinator to oversee and grow our company’s business in the Western Region of Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with a deep understanding of the major markets and trade dynamics in the West.
  • A background in the plastic industry or thermowares sector will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Western Region.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
  • Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
  • Ensure proper visibility of the company’s products in all major markets in the West.
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and customer service) to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in FMCG, plastics, or thermowares.
  • Strong knowledge of major markets in Western Nigeria (e.g., Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, Ilorin, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
