Architect

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs.
  • Maintain / organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
  • Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
  • Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
  • Work with the entire team, in-office, and with outside consultants.
  • Proficient in time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution with at least 2 years experience
  • Professional licensure as an architect is typically required.
  • Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and their application in architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, reels, and stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize performance
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (responding to messages, comments, and inquiries)
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports to measure ROI and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 2-5 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with paid advertising and influencer marketing is a plus
