Job Description

  • We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion in the solar PV and BESS space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the C&I sector, EPC partnerships, and government energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Build strategic relationships with EPCs, developers, and government agencies
  • Identify market opportunities and lead expansion efforts
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing BD team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years in sales, with 5+ in the solar industry
  • Strong industry network and proven sales success
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
