Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and retention.
• Optimize marketing funnels through A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Manage social media and paid advertising campaigns [Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.].
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
• Track and report on key growth metrics including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
• Explore partnership and influencer marketing opportunities to expand brand reach.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles.
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools [Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.].
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
