Job Overview
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our fitness and dance community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Register new clients and manage class or gym bookings.
- Maintain front desk security and organization (sign-in books, ID checks, etc.).
- Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and fees.
- Handle payments and issue receipts as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Support the administrative needs of instructors and management.
- Monitor attendance and assist with client check-ins.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training or administrative qualifications is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
