Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships at the C-level with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in all sectors.
- Achieve sales targets at all times.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, tracksales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep a breast of best practices andp romotional trends in the industry.
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10 years’ experience with a proven track record in sales and ICT sales.
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager,or Sales Account Manager.
- Good knowledge of sales of ICT solutions and the industry.
- Good knowledge of the use of CRM tools.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
