Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Business Development Executiveto join our dynamic team.
  • This role combines marketing, client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and pitches tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Support marketing activities (content creation, campaigns and presentations).
  • Maintain client relationships through CRM tools and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Track and analyze sales/marketing performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client and operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (2–3 years).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strong customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
