Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Lagos.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
  • Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and managing client relationships.
  • The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales metrics
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Experience in the power solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
