Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commercial insight to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of projects from handover to completion.
• Champion cross-functional alignment to drive project execution and foster strategic partnerships across EPC, Automation, and E&I service domains.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or Automation Engineering.
• Experience: 15-20 years’ industry experience with at least 5 years in top management
• Skill sets: analytical thinking, judgment and decision making, negotiation, persuasion, supervisory, critical, management of people and process, time management, presentation.
• Good people-management skills.
