VIP Sales Associate

What You’ll be Doing

Month 3:

  • Build a pipeline of at least 150 qualified leads (crypto-native, Nigeria-based, trading at least $1,000,000/month).
  • Onboard 30 new VIPs monthly (minimum $1M in monthly volume per VIP).

Month 6:

  • Consistently close 30 new VIPs monthly, generating $10,000,000/month in gross revenue.

Month 12:

  • Be a top performer in the VIP sales pod.
  • A clear growth path to a Senior Sales Associate.

Biggest Challenge You’ll Tackle

  • Finding crypto whales, OTC Traders, P2P Merchants & HNIs in Nigeria and building your pipeline from the ground up.
  • Running bold, smart, and data-driven outbound outreach.
  • Turning cold leads into loyal VIPs by earning their trust and building key relationships
  • Working with the Commercial team to shape offers and fee deals that close deals and keep traders coming back.
  • Staying on top of your numbers — pipeline, close rates, revenue — and moving like someone who came to win.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in retail crypto sales, financial products, or high-ticket sales (crypto or TradFi)
  • Track record of closing outbound sales and managing large deal pipelines
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and value seller
  • Comfort with high-performance environments, you want to be the best
  • Self-starter who thrives without handholding
